What is an On-Ramp Class?
Our On-Ramp program includes 4 one-on-one onboarding sessions. We will start by explaining and teaching you all the core movements you will see in CrossFit classes. We walk you through what to expect in classes and understand the workouts as well as getting you familiar with the people, coaches and the day to day at the gym. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and excited to join your first class!
