OUR classes

Total Body Conditioning

This class is a traditional weight lifting styled class for the entire body utilizing weights, steps, jump ropes, bands, balls, body bars, and other pieces of equipment for strength training. Participants will use their bodies and minds to reach their full potential.

Club Cycle

45 minute cycling class with music and enthusiastic instruction. This class focuses on endurance, intervals, and active recovery for cardiovascular training. The class is self-paced where each participant can increase or decrease intensity depending on their needs.


A form of high intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout, utilizing functional movements of your body. The class reflects elements of weightlifting, endurance, running, rowing to improve athletic performance.

Teen CrossFit

A strength and conditioning class focused on teens ages 13-18. Perfect for the teen who wants to stay in shape between sports seasons and prevent injury or improve their athletic performance.


30 minutes of cycling followed by 15 minutes of core exercises.


30 minutes of cycling followed by 15 minutes of sculpting total body exercise.

HIIT Pilates

High-Intensity Interval Training-HIIT is a cardio workout. Combined with Pilates, which uses body weight to target strength and flexibility.

Barbell Strength

An hour long full body, weight based, muscle endurance class choreographed to music with high reps and lower weighted barbell to tone muscles.

Bootcamp Interval Training

This strength and endurance class incorporates bursts of intense activity for cardiovascular benefits alternated with full body strength training. Great calorie burning class that will have you sweating.


Following a traditional Pilates structure, this class utilizes slow and controlled micro-movements to improve flexibility, build strength, control and endurance throughout the body. The class emphasizes core strength, body alignment, breathing, balance and coordination.


An energizing and choreographed dance fitness class that incorporate interval training – alternating fast and slow rhythms – to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

HIIT Strength

High-Intensity Interval Training-HIIT will mix bursts of high intensity physical activity followed by quick recovery rests. Scalable to any fitness level.


CrossFit 600 is located within Club 600 in Bedford, MA. Our box is fully stocked with barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, bikes, plyo boxes, jump ropes, sleds, medicine balls, and anything else you need to get in the best shape of your life! In conjunction with our CrossFit box, our unique facility includes physical therapy offices, spin and yoga studios, and conventional gym equipment all under one roof!
